This committment focuses on preparing our young people for the next twenty years and beyond. This committment involves making sure that the future is strong and secure so that our young people can enjoy a great quality of life. Part of the process includes building and maintaining their self-esteem with encouraging words, pointing out their mistakes while providing positive alternatives and by giving them hope for a great life through a solid education with vast career options. We must put our young people first if we are to succeed as a race of people. This is not an option. Please remember, we are the last connection to what was and what will be.
